These Conditions of Purchase shall apply to all offers and contracts in connection with the sale and delivery of the Products by us. In other words, when (i) place an order for any product through the Platform, (ii) place an order for any product through any website directly linked to the Platform, or (iii) you accept any of the offers for products offered by us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Purchase. Deviations from these Terms and Conditions of Purchase are only possible if they have been agreed with us in writing.

The activity of Ingredients-Lab consists of the sale of cosmetic products on-line, through the Web Site, and also in person through authorized retailers and distributors.
HOW TO BUY ON THE WEBSITE?
Every order placed with Ingredients-Lab through our Web Site shall be set forth in these Conditions of Sale. By placing an order, the User acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these Conditions of Sale.
To purchase our products through the Web Site you must be of legal age.
PRICE AND TAXES
The products will be sold at the price indicated on the Website, being in force the one stated at the time of order confirmation by the customer.
All prices are indicated in Euros (EUR) and include the Value Added Tax (VAT) in force, but exclude shipping costs, (except for Spain Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal) which will vary depending on the value of the products purchased, and the country or region where the delivery is to be made.
We reserve the right to modify, limit or terminate any special offer or discount at any time. However, this modification, limitation or termination of offers or discounts shall not affect orders placed by the consumer and accepted by the company. Ingredients-Lab in accordance with the provisions of these terms, and will always be carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations.
First of all you will have to choose the product(s) you want. To do this you will have to go to the top of the web where you will find the menu, and there choose the serums section, there you will find the products with their corresponding information as well as the comments of other customers.
By clicking on each product you can choose the desired quantity and add the products to the cart.
Once you have added products to your cart, you can continue shopping, add more products or even change the quantities of a product. Once you have your favorites in the cart you can click on “VIEW CART” and then click on “CHECKOUT”. You can choose home delivery or a pick-up point. If you prefer delivery to a pick-up point you must remember to select the delivery point that best suits your needs and click on “CONTINUE”.
Then select your payment method and click on “FINISH ORDER”. To proceed with the payment you can choose between Card, PayPal, Bizum, Applepay or Googlepay. On the right side of the screen you will see a summary of your order where there is a space to enter your discount coupons. Remember to click on “APPLY” for the discount to be applied.
As soon as the payment process is completed, you will receive an e-mail confirming the order.

INFORMATION ON DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
Delivery times for domestic shipments
We work to deliver your order as soon as possible and with deliveries of 48/72 working hours in Peninsula. This excludes periods of launches, promotions or campaigns such as Black Friday in which these delivery times are not guaranteed.
For orders in the Canary and Balearic Islands, delivery time is 5-6 days.
Delivery times are merely indicative, not mandatory maximum delivery times, although we will always respect the maximum delivery time legally in force, 30 calendar days. The mere fact that the delivery period has been exceeded shall not entitle you to any compensation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of an unlikely delay in an express shipment, we may reimburse you for the full amount of the express shipment, at our sole discretion.
To find out when your order is shipped, keep an eye on your email inbox. We will send you a shipping confirmation of your order and you will also receive an SMS from the logistics company indicating the estimated delivery date. On weekends or holidays, shipments are handled on the next business day.
How does the shipment work and what to do if I am not at home on the day of delivery?
A first delivery will be made to the delivery address indicated and if at the time of delivery you are absent, the delegation that delivers your area will try to contact you to arrange a second delivery. If in the second delivery you are also absent, the order will remain at the Post Office in your area so that you can pick it up at the office. If for any reason they have not been able to contact you to arrange delivery, you can write to us at email@example.com so that we can provide you with contact information or help you in any way necessary.
It is very important that you fill in correctly all the required information fields: name and complete address, telephone and e-mail contact.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, customs clearance may involve opening the order.
¿Can I pick up my order at a branch or collection point?
Of course! We can deliver to your nearest post office or Citypack. Before finalizing the order, you only have to choose the option of shipping to the office or Citypack closest to your area and select the one that is most convenient for you. In this way you will be helping to take care of the environment and avoid traffic congestion in your neighborhood.
Even if you choose this method, you will receive the same information as when a home delivery is made and the logistics company will inform you by SMS/email that your order is available for collection at the delivery point. Your order will remain in Citypack for 5 days and then will be available in the office. If you choose post office, your order will be available for 15 days.
How can I track my shipment?
You can track your shipment using the link that you will find in the email confirming the shipment of your order. If you prefer, you can consult

Can I receive my order in the time zone of my choice?
You can leave your delivery time preferences in the carrier comment box provided before finalizing your order. Although we are aware that they do their best to deliver within the specified schedule, it may be difficult for them to do so depending on the carrier’s route. You can also select a pick-up point and pick up your order whenever you prefer.
What happens if my delivery address is incorrect?
If you detect any incorrect information, you can modify it through your client area if the order has not yet been prepared, or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. This may increase the delay in delivery. Please check all required information fields carefully!
DELIVERY RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday on working days, excluding national holidays in Spain and Catalonia.
Delivery time may be longer for orders placed on public holidays or the eve of public holidays. Please note that the delivery time will be extended if you place your order on one of the following dates:

INFORMATION ON MEANS OF PAYMENT
Payment is made in the last step of the purchase process.
Payment for your order can be made by credit or debit card, through a PayPal account, by Bizum, or by GooglePay or ApplePay wallets.
Bank Card: if you select payment by card, you will be able to enter all your card details in the Redsys secure payment section. The payment of your order can be made with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express.

Orders are subject to acceptance by us. ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS
I just made a purchase, but I want to cancel it. What can I do?

As we cannot control how the products will be handled once they arrive at their destination and for strict hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of our items.
Damaged or defective products
For Hyalurgie, quality is paramount. We thoroughly test our products in real conditions to ensure that they are fully suitable for their intended use.
It is extremely rare for our Products to be damaged or defective. We at Hyalurgie have a legal obligation to ensure that our Products are in conformity with the contract of sale.
Products are inspected by the Product Quality Assurance Department and whenever returned Products do not conform to the sales contract, you are entitled to have the damage or defect corrected. In the event that we provide you with a refund, we undertake to reimburse you in full for the cost of the defective Products.
We will not reimburse in the following cases:
– Damaged products due to incorrect use or negligence.
– Products not purchased on the Website.
Product warranty in case of defect or not matching the purchase reference number
If this happens, we will take care of the whole process very easily and at no cost to you. Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order data and pictures of what you have received and in what condition, so we can solve it quickly.
Once we receive the returned products, we will check them through quality control.
If the quality control confirms the non-conformity or defects of the returned product, we will contact you to confirm that you will receive a new product. If you want a refund, within a maximum period of 21 calendar days, we will reimburse you for all costs incurred, including: the amount you paid for the product(s) being returned and, if applicable, the initial shipping costs and the shipping costs generated by the return. If no non-conformity or material manufacturing defect is detected after quality control, we will refund the price of the product, minus the initial shipping costs. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
